MRIGAANKA SHARMA: HEAD OF CONSORTIUM
The co-head of events, Mrigaanka Sharma, adores microbiology and genetics and describes herself as the Eklavya to Sal Khan’s Dronacharya. She is passionate about biology, writing and constructive debate. She is not only a published poet but also a national-level debater. She is the creator of “Bio Much?”, a podcast that explores big ideas in biology and their impact in the real world. She spends her days listening to Arctic Monkeys and Hozier, eating chocolate cake, and reading fanfiction. A Harry Potter fan, she believes ‘fiction is a timeless way of life and anyone who says otherwise is lying to you’. Learning new things makes her happy, and she strives towards providing underprivileged children good-quality education. She firmly believes that science (and the government) belongs to everyone, and hopes to bring that attitude to Aphelion.
TANISI MITRA: HEAD OF SECRET FORMULA
If you instantly want to be my friend then the easiest way is to jam out BTS or 1D songs and there you are my best friend. Besides this, I also like playing badminton and carrom, watching cricket (never really played it) bicycling, music, movies, and supporting my favourite fandoms and biases. KRISHA PATEL: HEAD OF CODE WARS
Just talk about a twisty, thrilling plot around Krisha Patel ,the co-head of events, and you’ve got her attention. Call her a cinephile or a binge-watcher, if you may, no kidding. You name it, she’s seen it. Know that she can go to lengths convincing people how good a show or movie is. (Fun fact: She made an 8-point presentation on why you should watch Elite to get her friends into the show. It worked!)
You’d certainly make a good impression on her if you:

She has hugely liked computers since she made the abrupt decision of switching from P.E. in the 9th grade ( according to her, the best decision till now ).

JAPNEET KAUR: HEAD OF KNOW-IT-ALL
Well, there isn’t much I can tell you about myself, other than the fact that I am crazily obsessed with BTS. I can go on to talk about them and how talented they are, honestly, forever and that’s the most you’ll ever see me talk. On the days I decide to take a break from BTS, you’ll find me, huddled at a corner with my headphones on, listening to some mystery or true crime podcasts. I am also, lowkey, a coffee addict, and spend a good portion of my time watching K-dramas. I, contrary to popular opinion, quite enjoy organic chemistry and I would like to conclude this by saying you can't be my friend if you don't think Boys over Flowers is overrated
